Your role:
As a Support Worker at Mindset abilities Services, you are the front line of our company. You will be responsible for the day-to-day support, personal care and personal goal development of our clients.
You will provide a range of services to assist people with a disability to be actively involved in their local community, be valued, respected and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.
Mandatory Requirements:
Our roster is a 24/7 rotating one, so your flexibility to work on days, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers, and weekend shifts is a must.
- Certificate in disability or equivalent
- Current WWCC
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver's License
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
- NDIS Worker Screening
